The spot has a good variety of challenges and lends itself to creative lines, although it isn't the most beginner-friendly. It offers a couple of interesting 9+ ft arm jumps. Bathrooms are available inside the building, which is accessible to the public. Head to Concourse for other amenities. While the spot itself has relatively low foot traffic and you won't be disturbing anybody, you might attract a crowd of interested onlookers.
