An awesome new spot with a couple singular large jump, drop and pre challenges, but also options for longer flowy stuff. Walls are grippy and the electrical box it in a fantastic position for dive rolls, jumps and flip pres. I'm unsure how the residents will take to your presence but it is a quiet area so stay as quiet as possible! (scroll through attached images to see it all)
